Hey everyone, Im looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in the Penthouse Floor of Leo at Waterfront Station.

I am looking for someone to move in January 2026 (flexible on the day), which would give them 6 months on my current lease ending July 1 with the option to renew, here are some details:

Rent : $2365
Unit: Leo at Waterfront
Location: Waterfront DC (right outside the waterfront metro)
Lease Renewal: July 1
Proximities: Metro, Safeway (for groceries), The Wharf, Navy Yard, and tons of restaurants and coffee shops all within a 10 minute walk range

I will be relocating for work in January, so putting this out here early. If you or someone you know is looking to move to DC and live by themselves for the New Year 2026, please reach out.

Any and all furniture (including TV) I am open to giving it away for free for whoever is moving in. I will not be able to take it with me and I dont feel the need to try and sell, if you like any furniture pieces I can leave them here for you so you dont have to worry about furnishing. All furniture (and the apt) will be professionally cleaned prior to your move in.
