I have a room in a gorgeous single family home in Torrance, California 6 month minimum. Could be as long as a year if needed. The home has three bedrooms, two remodeled bathrooms, fireplace, gourmet kitchen, washer -dryer in home, patio and family room plus den. No smoking or alcohol. I have a small dog.
