Building amenities include: swimming pool with a big lounge area for sun bathing, multiple grills, garden, fire pits, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, game area with table tennis and pool, 2 chefs rooms with a kitchen, grill and tv; Pilates/yoga studio with a smart mirror, gym, outdoor area for yoga and Pilates, conference rooms, work from home offices, roof deck with a fire pit and a big lounge area, dogs park, bike storage, parking garage, front desk, mail room where all packages get sorted and stored.
The apartment itself is in a great condition, all appliances are basically brand new, walls are freshly painted. Finishes are luxury and very durable (I am an interior design and can confirm that lol). Furniture can be included if needed. Gas, garbage and water are included in the rent price. Electricity and wifi are separate bills. I have already set up wifi and it is $40 per month (can opt out of it if needed); electricity is $30 a month.
The month in date is flexible, but I am moving to a different states no later than November 30th.
No fees for subleasing this place, you will be taking over my lease with the building.
Management is very nice and responsible, I personally have not had any issues with them. The area is very quiet although we are located in Fulton Market. Neighbors are quiet and friendly, many have dogs. Elevators operate very fast and all amenities are kept in a very clean condition. If there are any issues they get fixed very quickly.
