Hi, I am subleasing my apartment at Aspen Heights College Park. There is a total of four rooms, and you will have your own private room with a large bathroom shared with one other roommate. There is also a shared kitchen and living room with nice appliances, a flat screen, and in unit washer and dryer. The bedroom is furnished with a bed frame, mattress, two drawer dressers, nightstand, and a desk and chair. There is also a spacious closet and ceiling fan. The apartment is super close to campus for walking to classes, there is an updated gym in the building, a pool. tanning bed, game and study rooms, and nice package services as well. Rent is 1200 and it is only a little extra for fees and utilities. Lease can start any time after December 17th and can go until May, July, or you can release for next year!! Roommates are all very nice girls and if you have a friend you want to live with there can be another room available.
