Looking for someone (max ) to rent my lovely Greenpoint 1 bedroom apartment while I am away this December and part of January. 3k per month, all utilities and wifi included. I am flexible on the start and end dates, but ideal timeline would be Dec 7-Jan 15. My building permits subletting, but will need to submit name/contact info to my landlord for final approval. This is the best apartment on the best street in the best area, truly :) Looking for a clean & respectful tenant who will take good care of my place and be respectful of the space and my neighbors.
