I am looking to reassign the lease of my 1bd/1bath 700 sq ft apartment in the up and coming neighborhood of RiNo in Denver (River North). The lease terminates April 13th so its perfect for someone just moving to town or just needing their own space for a short term! I am moving in with my significant other and simply no longer need the apartment. Unit will not be furnished.

The name of the building is Modera Art Park which sits along Brighton Blvd, just a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk away from some of the best nightlife and restaurants in Denver. The building has incredible amenities including one of the nicest apartment gyms Ive ever seen, large pool and hot tub, club room with pool table, study/work lounges, bike room, dog washing station, and more.

The unit features a gas range, large kitchen counter space and black out shades on the large windows. It is incredibly quiet; when inside the unit youd think no one else lives in the building! The exterior windows look into the courtyard in the middle of the building so it stays quiet; no road noise is a big plus! The garage is very safe and convenient. The unit is also located conveniently right next to the elevator.

I currently have about $830 left worth of promotional credit on the lease that can used however and whenever. You could use it all the first month or pro rate it the rest of the lease. When pro rated, it brings the monthly cost to about $1,840 including utilities which is lower than the average cost for a unit of this type.
