I am subletting the apartment I currently rent for $400 dollars less than I currently pay. I had to move because of work and is the reason I am willing to pay the extra $400. If you look at it online via the website I gave (Unit 408) it is the nicest apartment in the building. The apartment is in a great part of town close to many stores, restaurants, the T, etc. The outdoor space is incredible and so are the views. The bathroom is a good size with a nice stand in shower. The layout makes the unit feel quite spacy. I may be willing to negotiate on the price. You will have to pay for internet and power. The water used is added on to the cost I pay so you will not have to pay for that. There is laundry available in the unit. I want to get this place subleased as soon as possible.
