I am willing to pay half of 1st month rent and give away most of the furniture as I will be downsizing. Rent+water/trash (flate rate)+covered parking = $1775/month. I am looking for someone to take over the lease, with lease ending May 2026. I am moving out at the end of the month or next month. Its the top floor of the building. Card operated laundry at the ground level of the building (get card at leasing office, recharge card in laundry room at building 8). You will need to submit your own application to the complex at the leasing if you agree to takeover the lease.
