Im subletting my apartment in Scotts Addition through April 2026. Youll pay about $200 less than my current rent (minus deposit, etc.) to live in a safe and quiet building with a 7th-floor view, in-unit laundry, gym access, covered parking, and doorstep trash pickup five days a week.

Youll need to accompany me downstairs to the leasing office so they can verify your identity.

Ill also ask that we sign a simple, informal sublet agreement to protect both of us. It will outline the apartments existing condition and the basic terms of our arrangement. If you need to move out early, just give me 30 days notice; however, I want someone who can commit at least till the end of January.
