Hi!

I live in Dulwich Hill with my roommate (23yF) in a two-bedroom ground-level apartment.

I am travelling for 2 weeks from December 1st to 17th and would like to sublet my room.

My room includes a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes with a floor-length mirror, lots of space and a big window with sun during the day.

For those two weeks you wont pay anything else other than the rent.

My roommate works late nights, so she arrives home around midnight-1am and sleeps in until midday. She is very quiet and would enjoy someone who is not very loud in their mannerisms.
Close to lots of parks, cafes, and buses/trains.
