North Beacon Hill shared housing . Owner does not live in shared portion of house which is main level and second floor. Owner cleans and maintains all common areas and exterior of house and provides completely furnished house including bedding and towels - basically everything needed for everyday living is provided except detergent for washing clothes. The landlord also washes all the house towels and bedding. All rooms have 2 sets of sheets, throw blanket , 4 pillows and extra blanket.
This bedroom shares the bathroom with one other room. There is an additional room which is shared as well that has a full size table and 4 chairs and the closet is where the shared bathroom towels are kept and other household things such as iron and ironing board , fans, vacuum cleaner, first aide supplies, space heaters, and more. Everything in the house is for tenants use,
Off street parking is included as well as all utilities and internet/wifi. Applicants must verify they are employed. Cannot accommodate work-from-home situations as that is not a good fit for shared housing. Applicants will need to obtain post office box for personal mail, there is no mail delivery via United States Postal Service. Rooms are strictly single occupancy cannot accommodate couples etc. Room rates are based on single occupancy - no overnight visitors. The current rate is based on 6 month stay and thing less than 6 months the rate is increased.
