Hi my roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to fill a room that our current roommate is moving out of. (Photos show furniture but this will be removed and room will be cleaned prior to move in). Lease would be up in July of 2026. The building is very nice and includes amenities such as a private bridge to a grocery store, pool, hot tub Grills, fitness center and more please see K2s website. We are both males in our 20s that work in insurance in the city. The apartment is already fully furnished all that would be unfurnished would be your space.
