Hello, me and my fiance are getting ready to move into a new apartment in Bloomington, IL due to getting new jobs and are looking for candidate(s) who are looking for an apartment to live in for the remainder of our lease is set end on 04/30/2026. We are looking for serious inquiries only. We would ideally like to have someone moved in before 10/06/2025. There is a $250.00 security deposit and if accepted, first months rent (October) would be due by no later than the 15th.
