I left mid-August due to a personal emergency and need someone to take my lease. It is never more than 715 a month with utilities. Lease goes until end of May. Near bus stop, near UofR, near RIT, landlord prefers college aged tenants (but I am running out of money and desparate). Roommates were always kind and respectable, neighborhood was great.
