Im looking for someone to sublet my apartment from January through July 2026, with flexibility for an earlier move-in if needed. The unit is part of a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment, and you would be renting one private bedroom and bathroom. The lease is individual, so you would only be responsible for your portion.

Rent is $900/month and includes:
Fully furnished bedroom
In-unit washer and dryer
Water, trash, WiFi, and cable

Electricity is not included.

The apartment is located in the Central West End, within walking distance of Barnes-friendly Hospital and SSM Healtha convenient location for students, interns, and medical professionals.
