Looking for someone to take over my lease for Spring semester (with another spot also open if you and a friend are interested).
Spacious 4 bed / 4.5 bath, 3-floor apartment
Outermost apartment at the back of The Oaks quieter location with extra privacy
Currently 3 male roommates (one is also subleasing, so only 2 will remain). They have busy schedules, keep to themselves, and are mostly in the common areas just for cooking.
Rent: $735/month all utilities & high-speed WiFi included
Bonus: Ill transfer my ISU commuter pass since I no longer need it
Private furnished bedroom + private bathroom, shared common areas
If you and a friend both sublease, you can have rooms on the same floor
Permit parking at the apartment
Gym and pool included, plus bus stop nearby
Flexible move-in: Ill be out mid-December, so you can move in over winter break happy to work something out

This is honestly one of the nicest student apartment setups Ive seen spacious, quiet, and packed with amenities.
