We are subletting our home while we travel abroad, from 28 March to 28 September (6 months).
Its a family flat where we live with our two children, so its particularly well suited to a family needing a comfortable space during a renovation or while transitioning between homes.
Bills:
The monthly rent is inclusive of the following household services: gas, electricity, water, council tax, and internet. These remain in our name, and the Subtenant is not required to make separate payments for these services.
The rent is inclusive on the basis of normal and reasonable household use. Should utility costs increase significantly due to excessive or abnormal usage, the Tenant reserves the right to recover the additional cost from the Subtenant, upon providing evidence of the bills.
Deposit:
We ask for 1 months rent in advance plus a 1-month deposit (held for the duration of the tenancy).
No guarantor is required if you can provide proof of income/employment.
If this is not possible, we may agree on 2 or 3 months rent in advance instead of a guarantor.
