All we asked is clean up after yourself if you used it. Street parking is plenty, and you do not have to move your car on street sweeping day. The house is in a nice neighborhood. It is quiet and safe area. Ideal for those looking for comfort, privacy and friendly, respectful atmosphere.
Rent is $950 per month, and utilities will be shared among housemates. The room is for only. No pets allowed but if you have a fish we can live with it =). The house is also a non-smoking/non-drinking, no overnight guests, and drug free house. First months rent and 1 month deposit are due at move -in. We are looking for someone to stay at least 6 months.
