I am currently looking for a roommate (preferably between the ages of 20-30). I am 23 years old and a recent college graduate who currently works in the Central Valley. I am usually at work so I am not home often. The apartment has two bedrooms (one available) and a shared bathroom. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as dishwasher and balcony. Monthly amount includes utilities.
