Washer dryer are $50 rental and the utilities are $50, and you pay electric and gas separate. Altogether we do pay the $1750 for everything, it may go up to 1800 at the end of the lease. It faces the street and other houses/cul de sac; so it feel like a small home. Its ground floor, and has a lot of storage.
