I am desperately seeking a student to sublet my lease, as unforeseen complications have come up with my schooling and finances and are causing me to need to withdraw and take a gap semester. However, the administration of my apartment complex are currently not willing to release me from the lease without a sublet. I have not moved in yet, but the apartment is fully furnished the complex has LOADS of amenities, from multiple pools, basketball courts, an indoor theater, and so much more. The apartment faces North towards Downtown LA, and has partial skyline views of the city. It is a 1x1 private room on the 5th floor. Utilities are a flat rate of $90, and a parking garage is available.
