The total rent is 820 which includes utilities and Wi-Fi and all that fun stuff. its walking distance from UPenn and Drexel and University city in general, the trolly stops right around the corner and the train is only a couple blocks away. Its a really safe and cool location and the apartment is furnished and the roommates are goated.
