Looking for person(s) to sublease our condo. Aiming for early to mid October takeover but can be flexible! Sub-lease would run until May 2026.

2 bed 2 bath ground floor space with recently renovated kitchen and showers. Utility room is separate but located just beside the front door.
Utility room has a washer and dryer. (Newer, they are ours but not coming with us in the move)

Rent is $1850 and includes all utilities except for internet (google fiber available, thats what we currently use). Unit also comes with 2 numbrred parking spots (one is covered).

Condo has 2 pools, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, and a small gym/sauna.

We will have to run any compatible renters with our landlord but she has been awesome and great to work with the past 18 months we have been here!
