Hey, I am looking to study abroad in the spring and hoping to find someone to sublease my apartment in the spring, and into the summer if that is desired. Despite that it is a 3 bedroom, I currently only have one roommate and he is also looking to study abroad and sublease his place in the spring. So you are likely to have only 1 or 0 roommates. Utilities adds about 25 dollars to the rent each month and it comes with a free parking spot. It is about a five minute walk from campus and comes furnished.
