Hey there! So I just moved to Nashville for my job and this apartment complex wouldnt let me break my lease so I am having to sublease it out. The rest of the lease is 6 months (including September) but depending on when you can settle in we can do a prorated amount! I am really trying to get someone to move in to assist with the remainder of this lease to save some money. We can do month to month if need be however a credit/financial check is required to allow this and if not we can discuss something together.
