I am subleasing my apartment until August 2026. Move-in date is flexible. The lease can be month-to-month for a fixed rent of $2400 per month. I can waive the security deposit if 3 months rent is paid up front. I will leave the beds in the bedroom and a desk for the new tenant to use. High-speed internet is included in the rent; the tenant only needs to pay for the electricity and gas bills.
