Spring 2026 Sublease Available The Quarters on Campus

Hi everyone! Im looking to sublease my apartment room at The Quarters for Spring 2026 (lease takeover starting January 1, 2026).

Apartment Details:
- Spacious room in a great location near campus
- Comes with existing furniture and setup (sublease is AS IS)
- Parking can be added

Sublease Requirements:
- New resident must complete an online application and provide guarantor/qualifying documents
- One-time $500 sublease fee (covered by me)
- New resident pays $350 total ($100 deposit + $250 application fee) Im open to covering the application fee to make it easier for you!
- Proof of renters insurance and electric account required before move-in

Other Notes:
- Keys and parking permit will be handed over directly
- Youll be responsible for rent and utilities once lease is transferred
