Looking for someone to take over my lease at a nice 1br/1.5ba apartment loft in the West Highlands at 3249 W Fairview Place. This neighborhood is definitely my favorite neighborhood in Denver and Im reluctant to let my place go, but just cant cover the rent anymore due to losing my job recently.

The current lease Im on is through May. So, if you want the place, thats the lease youd be taking over.

I will never ask you to pay me anything, its literally just a transfer of the lease, which costs me a bit of money but not nearly as much as the monthly rent.
You just have to pass the property managers simple application requirements and sign a lease and Ill be out the day before you move in.

The monthly rent is $2150. Havent lived a single month here where I didnt feel it was worth that much.

This is the type of apartment that goes really fast and is difficult to get an opportunity to rent, which I just want to point out to show that this is a unique opportunity.

Youre allowed to have pets and stuff here and the other people in the building are really friendly.

The area is also ideal because its a few minutes drive from the Tennyson strip and walking distance to the restaurants on 32nd
