One of my roommates has a cat but hes so nice and well trained. The apartment offers a private shuttle to Texas States campus with a set schedule. This apartment has the biggest pool in San Marcos and a nice fitness center. The bedroom is huge and the house comes FULLY FURNISHED. They also just re did all the roofs and parking lots. Rent is about $773, utilities not included (utilities range from $50-$70 a month). The lease would be from Jan- July 2026.
