You will share the main kitchen upstairs with the current tenants. Lots of counter space, dishwasher, gas stove etc. Your space will be separated from the upstairs by a set of stairs, and we only go down there to check the furnace filter, so its very private.

The yard connects directly to the park just behind us, with a 120 acres of walking paths behind that. There is lots of lush greenery and birdsong. Its quite and peaceful environment.

Us: open minded couple, one therapist, and one data analyst, nature lovers, animal lovers, hikers, backpackers, cyclists, runners. Both of us mostly work from home, and one of us is a writer who also writes from home, so we are looking for someone who lives quietly, is open and friendly but prefers ample time in their own space, and has graduated from the partying phase of life. We have 2 dogs (pictured) who love people and will be in the yard. So, our sublet-er must like/love dogs. They will bark when you come inside, but we can put a gate upstairs if you prefer not to interact. We are open to sublet-ers who have a dog but would want the dogs to meet first.

We will require a background check ($50 fee) and credit check as well. There is $500 refundable deposit for move in. There is a $250 non refundable pet deposit due upon move-in date.
