All light wood floors in the apartment. Huge Patio space (triple the normal size). Master and dining room both open to the patio. The patio is located directly looking at the pool area. So the view is amazing and refreshing to watch the pool area from the patio. Washer and dryer are full size inside the apartment with a separate walk in laundry room. There is a storage closet on the patio. The gym is state of the art and there is also a yoga room. They have a pool table in the club house. There is also a movie room in the club house. Each bedroom and living room have a ceiling fan. The apartment is on the first floor. The parking is covered and just steps away from the apartment front door. I am the only one to ever have lived in the apartment. It is brand new and freshly built complex.
