This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, each room is separate leases the current roommate is my brother he is super clean and pretty much just stays in his room all day or is at work or class (he does have a cat in his room but it is limited to his room), The room is decent sized with a private bathroom inside the room there is a living room and kitchen with a washer and dryer in the pantry. Feel free to ask any questions and Im willing to make deals the lease would end in July 2026 I do not need someone to move in right away but that is a option too.
