We are looking for someone to take over our lease. This current lease ends in June 19, 2026, with the choice to renew. 2 bed 2 bath 1107 sq ft apartment in Eastmark. On the second floor. $1648 is the base rent. $135 lifestyle fee which includes internet, pest control, valet trash, and a package delivery service. After the lifestyle fee and water, we usually pay between $1830-$1880 per month. Security deposit is $300. Application fee is $65 per person.

The water is based on usage, hasnt been high at all and is pretty consistent. Electricity through SRP. Walk in closet in both rooms. There is a full size washer and dryer in our unit.
