All utilities are included in the rent except for a mandatory valet trash service at a rate of $15 per month. The situational monthly fees read as follows:
Parking = $75 per month
Guarantor Waiver Program = $43 per month
Renters Insurance = $13.95 per month

If you do not plan to park in the apartment complex, you do not have to pay the parking fee. If you have a guarantor on file, you will not have to pay the monthly guarantor waiver fee. If you have renters insurance, you will not have to pay the monthly renters insurance fee.
