Lease Takeover!!!! I am looking to move out early and someone to take over my lease which officially ends May 6th, 2026.

The application to apply to take over my lease is on the companys website and will cost $275. I will pay you $500 once approved and new lease is signed. Additionally, you will automatically retain my $500 security deposit that I originally put down when I moved in.
