This is Texas state off campus student housing! I am subletting my room for $500 which I locked in before it was changed to $730. The shared spaces are the kitchen and living room. Laundry is in unit. The bedroom comes with a private bathroom and pre furnished with a bed frame and mattress, and a desk. There is a sand volley ball court and a pool that has two sides, one with a basketball hoop and one leisure side with chairs in the water. Utilities are added onto the rent every month.
