Looking for someone to transfer my lease to. I live in a three-bedroom apartment in Squirrel Hill South on Phillips, right off Murray Ave. Only one bedroom is available. Hoping to move out September 1st, so it is available any time after that. Total rent is $2,180 (~$727 per person) and the transfer fee is $100. I already prepaid September, so I would want to be paid back from the day you move in. Free, in-unit laundry, no utilities included.
