Looking for someone to take over my lease before the Spring 2026 Semester at Texas A&M University. You would be taking over my room and living with 3 other roommates until the end of that semester, at which point you may renew the lease or move out. I will be looking to terminate my own lease, which means that whoever wants to live in this space will be 100% financially responsible for what happens. Redpoint College station also has a pool, lounge, and gym for residents. There is a washer and dryer combo, fridge, and dishwasher that is shared between the 4 people that live here. While the apartment and common area are already furnished, you will need to provide your own shower curtains and bedding. The bed is queen-sized.
