Im planning to leave around mid-August and return by the end of November or early December.
During that time, Im looking for someone to take good care of my home.
Rent:
1000 cold / 1450 warm (all-inclusive).
This includes rent, water, electricity, heating, internet, broadcasting fees, etc.

The souterrain (basement-level) apartment has just been fully renovated the floors have only been in for about a month.
