My boyfriend and I are looking for two people to take over both of our leases at the Leonard Apartments in Denton. It is a student apartment. Five minutes from Unt. We are subleasing a two bedroom two bath apartment. Each person has their own lease because they do leases by bedroom. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom.The complex has a gym, community area, and a very nice pool. It is pet friendly and rent is about 950 to 960 each month not including utilities. Utilities usually come out to $70-$80 a month depending on usage.
