I am trying to sublet my apartment because I will be attending Graduate School in a different city. No worries about my absence, however: my friend, who lives in the city, will be serving as the point person for emergency inquires such as lock outs and the like.

The sublet price I am asking for includes the average monthly price for utilities, plus the fixed monthly price for Verizon internet service. This is not a money making venture, and I assure you that I am not charging more than the cost of the place.

The apartment is available September 20th to May 20th, with the later dates being negotiable.


If you are not familiar with Sunnyside, it is a charming little place filled with many grocery stores and restaurants. My apartment is two blocks away from Skillman Ave, which has a wine bar and a few other nice bars.
