I am subletting my apartment at Onni Fulton Market. It is a 2 Bed 2 Bathroom and am looking for a lease takeover sublet that would run from October 1st through April 17th. At the end of the sublet you would have the option to resign the lease for an additional year.

Lease cost is 4,399 and is lower than current market rent for this floorplan (none are actively on the market through the building).
