The room available is the perfect setup for anyone working from home, pursuing their studies but simply looking for the perfect space with two other great roommates who love to read, write, hike, ski, jog, travel and from time to time try new restaurants, go out on the town or simply just relax.

Yes, Washer and dryer is conveniently located in the building on ground floor and no we do not have pets due to allergies.

We both friendly, quiet, very clean, and respectful female professionals who work and are looking for a like-minded individual to share are unit with. House is in a great location if you work at Logan or downtow. ! Our present roommate who is sadly leaving us, works for the airlines is available to answer any questions you may have if by chance work for the airlines. Her reason for leaving is to take care of her responsible otherwise she would stay.

Though the lease agreement with our landlord will be as a Tenant at Will we are preferably looking for someone for a longterm

Terms: Room is for a single occupant only. No pets and no smoking in the unit.
