I am looking for an undergrad/grad or professional (ideally a girl/woman) to take over my lease for the 2025-2026 year. The entire apartment has wooded floors and was recently remodeled. There is already a girl occupying the other room.

The apartment is partially furnished. There will be two designated parking spots for the condo.
Rent is $831 a month without utilities. Utilities range around $100 per month per person.
