Im looking for someone to sublease or take over the lease for a studio apartment, which is right next to UPenn. The apartment complex is Uno on Chestnut (4125 Chestnut St, University City, Philadelphia), and this is the last room they have available. Rent: $1,785 / month (I am willing to negotiate the price down or pay a few months at most first 3 months, you can also sublease as well)

Modern, spacious layout with in-unit washer/dryer, gym, rooftop green space, and study lounges included.

Utilities included: water, sewer, electricity, and trash.

Available ASAP; Lease length through July 2026

Ive had to move out due to mental health reasons, and I really need someone who can enjoy this space to take over my lease.
