Im looking for a roommate to take over my lease in my lovely apartment. Id love to find someone to sign the lease immediately. The apartment is just few blocks from all transportation and stores; Close to the subway (red line) and multiple restaurants.
Hove living in this apartment - we have lots of natural light, a ton of storage space, and pets are allowed as long as they are well trained.

The bedroom comes with a/c, heating, a large closet and wifi. Some space in the kitchen and bathroom is available for temporary storage.

The building has an elevator and a live-in super, and has been a joy to live in.

Seeking someone that is easy-going, clean and transparent.
