I am subleasing my private room in a 3bed/2ba sunny, beautiful home located in the Mission District, San Francisco. The house is conveniently located a block away from the 24th Street Mission BART, 49/14/48 Muni bus lines, and from bustling Valencia Street. The private room is more than comfortable for one individual and holds a queen bed and multiple closet space. You will also have your own private bathroom/shower. Shared spaces in the house include the living room, dining room, and kitchen. You will be sharing the house with 2 other roommates, both women in mid-20s.
