Im looking for someone to lease a bedroom within my current apartment. Its the bedroom in the upper left corner of the floor plan. It has an attached bathroom, large closet, and wonderful windows that let in plenty of natural light. The apartment complex is within easy walking distance of a lovely shopping plaza. Its also a very quick walk to the MARTA and right across the street from an Emory bus stop. The apartments common spaces are fully furnished and decorated. The bedroom on offer will be available by the 8th. It can also either be furnished (not decorated, but with a bed, nightstand, desk, bookshelf, etc.) or empty when you move in, depending on your preferences.

Also, regarding price: Water service, sewer service, storm-water service, pest control, and trash service are all basically lumped into the monthly rent through Conservice. The wifi and electricity bills will have to be split outside of rent/conservice. So everything except wifi and electricity basically adds up with rent to be roughly $1100 per month, with slight price fluctuations based on water usage for the month.
