Looking for a short-term stay in Brooklyn this August. Were offering a 1-month sublet for 1 bedroom in our 4 bedroom apartment,

The details:
- Just one block from the B/Q trains and under 10 minutes to Prospect Park.

- Private, spacious bedroom (221 sq ft) with an en suite shared bathroom (shared with one roommate)

- Lively area with grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right nearby

- Were three full-time working women, chill and respectful, looking for someone clean and communicative to sublet for the month.

- Washer and dryer in the building

Note: The room will be unfurnished aside from the TV and some shelves. Im open to leaving the bed and desk for at least part of the month if needed. Lets talk!
