Third floor bedroom in a home in Peckham with back garden and one parking space. Three other tenants currently live there, two men and one woman. The men are on the second floor, the woman is on the third in the room across from you. All are ages mid to upper twenties. Large living room, washer in unit no dryer, only twenty minutes commute to Goldsmiths University of London. Close to Morrisons, Asda, and a Sainsburys local. Multiple bus stops close to the home so commuting through London is easy. I cleaned the room and the mattress comes with a four inch memory foam pad, very comfortable. Room also has a bedside table and a dresser with four drawers. Need to move in by the 15th of August, lease ends on September 15th. If you move in any earlier there is no extra charge because I have paid for this month already.
